• Delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Evaluating and analyzing account information to recommend tailored solutions
• Resolving product or service inquiries and driving brand advocacy
• Documenting account information and offering custom solutions to benefit our customers
• Growing and nurturing customer relationships to drive measurable value
• Meeting quality and compliance guidelines to ensure exceptional results

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience
• A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or be a college undergraduate
• Successful experience in a previous role, with a strong track record of performance
• A reliable internet connection (at least 25mbps) and a private, quiet workspace at home
• Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted

Preferred experience includes:

• Measurable experience in Customer VOC, NPS, or AHT
• Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing
• Premium customer service or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty
• Sales experience, with a focus on value generation and consultative selling
