As a Virtual Assistant - Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers with late accounts to secure agreement and prevent future overdues. You will also identify spending opportunities to expand the core market portfolio, develop and implement new opportunities, and provide reporting and analytical support for the core market portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify spending opportunities to expand the core market portfolio
• Develop and implement new opportunities to drive business growth
• Provide reporting and analytical support for the core market portfolio
• Analyze customer and market requirements to understand needs and discover opportunities for new business
• Support top management in strategic planning, providing financial and business analytics to inform team approach
• Validate and track performance on portfolios, targets, and achievements for every business

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• Experience in sales and account development
• Strong relationship management skills to develop and manage internal/external client relationships and expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify non-traditional solutions and act as a catalyst for change
• Excellent communication skills to generate information that is clear and easy to understand
• Flexible with shift to support business needs
• Proficient in English
