Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues related to billing, payments, and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a call center or similar environment
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
