About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in evangelizing our product, evaluating consumer feedback, and designing solutions to bridge experience gaps. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating a deep understanding of customer personas, needs, and preferences
  • Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify product gaps and develop solutions
  • Documenting and maintaining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to aid solution development, design, and execution
  • Developing product metrics to monitor and analyze feature usage, performance, and customer value
  • Building expertise in domain knowledge, competitive landscape, and customer personas
  • Taking ownership of the feature development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Fostering collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product development process
  • Effectively communicating product updates to customers and stakeholders
  • Streamlining and collecting product feedback from customers and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management with SaaS-based products
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements
  • Experience with product metrics and analytical tools to understand product usage and performance
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new domains and technologies
