As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in communicating with business owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and internal applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather information using techniques such as interviews, work sessions, storyboarding, and prototyping
• Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements to drive project success
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional requirements documents, including process flows, screen mock-ups, and gap analysis
• Develop and maintain business process workflows, flowcharts, and other artifacts to promote sustainable knowledge management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers, Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance to drive project delivery and testing efforts
• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement lean approaches
• Validate solutions by analyzing end products and requirements specifications
• Assist in developing project task plans, leading meetings, and coordinating activities for requirements gathering
• Implement change management strategies to drive business excellence
