Job Title: Remote Client Services Manager - Drive Success and Deliver Exceptional Results

Join our team as a Client Services Manager and play a vital role in delivering market-changing benefits technology and services to our clients! We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in providing exceptional client experiences and driving business success. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client service professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of client projects, and identifying areas for improvement. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $119,000 per year, depending on your education, experience, and skills.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading client meetings, including escalation discussions, and ensuring proactive engagement with internal teams
  • Reviewing and analyzing client deliverables, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing operational performance reports to client leadership
  • Collaborating with Directors, AVP's, and Client Services Leads on special projects and serving as a point of escalation for client deliverables
  • Managing and developing team members, conducting regular 1:1's, and ensuring successful execution of assigned tasks
  • Supporting the transition of new clients and ensuring new team member training is completed
  • Operating as a domain leader and driving results with urgency

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-7 years of direct industry or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of team lead/management experience
  • Experience with delegation, directing, and leading change, as well as managing quality and a customer service mindset
  • Strong leadership communication and fact-based management skills
  • Ability to drive results with urgency and prioritize workload management across large projects and teams
