Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identify the type of assistance needed and escalate when necessary
  • Deliver information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to resolve inquiries
  • Actively engage customers in online chat context and assist with general inquiries, product support, and basic sign-up issues
  • Provide mail support to Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing
  • Additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Active listening skills and results-oriented approach
  • Strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Proficient in navigating CRM and/or multiple software applications
