Role Overview

  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: Immediate openings available

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, proactively engaging with customers to prevent issues
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues, identify needs, and provide feature requests
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and discussions with customers
  • Work closely with our product team to update help center articles and ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience with case/ticket management systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
