Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II, Product to join our dynamic product data team at Workwarp. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure product feature effectiveness and customer experience
• Develop and deliver key analysis and insights to stakeholders, driving product improvements and business outcomes
• Analyze customer and business performance, identifying trends and root causes to inform data-driven decisions
• Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and analysis applications to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Implement experimentation best practices and statistical analysis to drive product innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to identify data-driven solutions to business problems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product analysis and feature development, with a focus on customer growth, user experience, and feature development
• Strong technical skills in SQL and data visualization, with experience working with data analysis tools and technologies
• Proven experience with product feature testing and experimentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders
