Job Summary: We are seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives for the 2024/2025 tax season for a work-from-home position to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients during our peak season. We have teams who will start in early January 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
