We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Regional Information Security Office (International), Compliance and Operational Risk team. As a Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance and operational risk for our global information security capabilities, working closely with our Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep technology subject matter expertise in cybersecurity and experience in managing associated technologies and risks in highly complex international environments.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive compliance and operational risk management across our global information security capabilities.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of our information security services.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to drive our information security strategy forward and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable Technology 2nd Line of Defence Risk experience with a focus on software architecture, software engineering, technology management, or other relevant discipline.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, change management process, and commonly used CI/CD tools.
• Experience with software development or design, including security, resiliency, and maintainability of applications.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to operate at a global executive level.
