Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Complete HR orientation, introduction to various teams, and personalized sales training
  • Learn Pyramid's value proposition and research competitors to articulate our unique selling points
  • Prepare for mock calls and transition to real sales opportunities, handling objections and closing deals
  • Set revenue targets with your manager and drive sales pursuits by proposing cross-functional teams
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
  • Collaborate with clients to engage with Pyramid's engineering specialists and build trustworthy relationships
  • Construct a growth strategy to expand your portfolio and accelerate regional growth
  • Travel for client meetings, building relationships, and generating leads and opportunities
  • Attend staffing and client events to network and build strong relationships

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales for large clients, with 2-5 years of selling experience in Fortune 500/1000 companies
  • 2+ years of business development experience, with prior experience building local markets or regions
  • Hunter salesperson persona with a growth-based mindset and passion for sales, business development, and meeting goals
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented approach
  • High level of professional integrity, accountability, and ability to network and build strong relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large complex multi-phase managed technology projects to enterprise clients
  • Deep interest in technology and ability to have informed discussions about delivery
  • Prior IT staffing or perm placement/direct hire or solutions sales experience highly preferred
  • Experience selling into the healthcare industry required
