Job Title: Merchandise Execution Manager - Remote Opportunity
Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee merchandise execution, visual displays, and team management, leveraging your creativity, fashion sense, and leadership skills to drive sales and profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive optimal merchandise execution standards, tailoring seasonal and monthly guides to store architecture and assortment
- Lead communication, execution, and training of visual merchandising directives, merchandising standards, and brand partner standards
- Create stunning store displays, strategize on pricing, signing, and visual merchandising, and provide support for fashion and trend set-ups
- Document work with photos, creating visual resources to educate and inspire others, and train team members in merchandising and customer experience
- Manage inventory, including receipt flow, placement, and stockroom, and work a flexible retail schedule

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of management experience in a department or retail store
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, computers, and handheld devices
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and climbing
