Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to increase leads and car sales
• Collaborate with our in-house tech team to leverage technology and drive business growth
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
• Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Create automation to increase departmental efficiencies and reduce redundant tasks
• Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with car dealerships and industry partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions
• Train and mentor sales staff to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of internet sales experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Experience teaching teams and guiding them to success
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different functional units and locations
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite or other cloud-based tools and internet software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of car sales experience, online or not
