In this role, you will instruct a course(s) recognized by the New York State Education Department, prepare or modify curriculum and course outlines, and conduct formal instruction for residents of an Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) facility. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in this title or in a title eligible for 70.1 transfer
- Current New York State Education Department provisional/initial certification in classroom teaching in the appropriate specialty (Grades 7-12)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
