As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, communicating, and enforcing information security policies, standards, procedures, and best practices
• Participating in project management activities to support IT Security programs and initiatives
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors to assess compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and best practices
• Maintaining systemic, analytical Compliance programs and supporting annual regulatory compliance assessments
• Developing and delivering comprehensive information security training programs for crewmembers
• Serving as a messenger and advocate for Information Security to promote awareness and adherence to security protocols
• Gathering and reporting metrics to inform the state of information security at JetBlue Airways
• Performing other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with specialized leadership training, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience
• A security-related certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA)
• At least one year of Information Security Compliance experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for project management and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Experience with leading security standards, such as ISO 17799 and NIST SP 800:30
• Regular attendance and punctuality, with availability for occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Authorization to work in the US, with a strong fit for the JetBlue culture and values

Preferred qualifications include:

• Understanding of core security principles
• Four or more years of Information Security Compliance experience
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
