Join our team as a Lead Analyst - Digital Commerce and take your career to the next level! As a key member of our Digital Pro Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall online experience for our pro customers. With a competitive salary range of $81,200 - $135,400 annually, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

As a Lead Analyst - Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for analyzing pro data, creating engagement strategies, and executing and reporting on PRO campaigns. You will work closely with stakeholders to communicate key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop business cases for new functionality or updates to enhance engagement. Your expertise will help drive onsite pro customer satisfaction, retention, frequency, conversion rate, and sales for Lowes.com Pro experiences.

Your Impact

  • Own analysis of pro data, creation of engagement strategies, and execution and reporting of PRO campaigns
  • Track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met
  • Create business cases for new functionality or updates to improve engagement from pro customers
  • Support the Digital Pro Engagement team in designing engagement strategies that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project development and improvement of the Lowes.com Pro experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of retail experience and 3+ years of online experience
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, process building and execution, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or related field
  • 4+ years of online experience
  • Experience in online retail or omni-channel merchandising/marketing
  • Background in analytics, statistics, business planning, and/or finance
  • Experience working on or with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Adobe products (e.g. Adobe Analytics and Workspace)
