Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
• Maintain professionalism, respond to client needs, and work flexibly to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in special education, healthcare, or a related field
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs, perform fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly to client needs
