As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success and making a direct impact on the health and well-being of our community.

About the Role: As a Health Fitness Professional, you will provide exercise floor supervision, interact with members and program participants, and deliver health and fitness programs and services. Your responsibilities may include instructing group exercise classes, providing personal training, conducting fitness assessments, and providing fitness floor coverage and facility oversight. You will also have the opportunity to assist with or coordinate various health and fitness program offerings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industry experience and current certification(s) from a HealthFitness approved provider or an Associate's degree in a related fitness field
• Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to motivate others
• Availability during the hours of: M-F, 6:00 am – 7:00 pm AS NEEDED
