Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Configurations Engineer to join our team, focusing on using Ansible to generate and deploy configurations for switches, servers, and firewalls. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to stage network equipment, apply configurations, and ensure smooth deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to stage and configure network equipment, ensuring readiness for deployment.
• Create and edit Virtual Smart Zones for wireless network solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Layer 1 to Layer 3 of the OSI model.
• Conduct network configuration and basic setup, including DHCP, VLANs, IP addressing, switching, and routing.
• Ensure all configurations and deployments meet quality and compliance standards.
• Act as a self-starter, capable of completing tasks independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify tasks and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of configuration and deployment work.

Requirements:

• Strong foundational knowledge of DHCP, VLANs, IP addressing, switching, and routing.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management (preferred).
• Experience with Ruckus Virtual Smart Zone or similar wireless network solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques across Layer 1 to Layer 3 of the OSI model.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to run basic bash scripts and light Linux commands.
• High school degree or equivalent required; CCNA or equivalent preferred.
