As a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the scheduling of private care services to our clients. As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing the scheduling of private care services to our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers through daily interactions, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Working every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent customer service and people skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules
• Highly proficient computer skills, with experience in home care scheduling software (preferred)
• Prior experience in home care scheduling (required), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling home health aides (preferred)
