As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our online order fulfillment process. Your key responsibilities will include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, making product substitutions as needed, and consulting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Key Highlights:
- Competitive hourly wage: $16 - $22 per hour
- Additional compensation incentives, including quarterly performance bonuses and premiums up to $3.00 per hour
