We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telepharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy location, ensuring excellent customer service, and facilitating communication with our Supervising Pharmacy and Pharmacists.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, managing inventory, receiving and acting upon operational communications, and improving total store service foundations. You will also serve as a peer mentor for new hires, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate RPh-to-patient communication.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification, and a high school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED). You should also possess excellent communication skills, mathematical reasoning, and problem-resolution abilities.
