We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate PM Overnight Assistant Front Office Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our front office team, you will assist in managing all aspects of front office areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing hotel profitability. Job Summary:

As a PM Overnight Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of front office areas, including guest registration, bell services, concierge services, business center, telephone services, and guest reservations. You will serve as the Front Office Manager in their absence and adhere to all brand standards and desk merchandising. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences, build solid relationships with colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act independently as MOD, covering morning and evening shifts
  • Supervise all front office staff, including front desk, communications, uniform services, and concierge
  • Offer MOD support to other unsupervised departments as needed
  • Act as Travel pass champion and distribute minutes and conduct Manager's Meetings
  • Oversee VIP arrivals, perform VIP escorts, and act as Lobby Ambassador
  • Track and follow up on in-house guest challenges and resolve guest-related issues
  • Liaison with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with post-stay guest follow-up
  • Perform property rounds, act as Front Office representative during Pre-Cons, and monitor and coordinate concierge requests
  • Provide site tours of the hotel and deliver passionate and engaging service to our guests

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Knowledge of Opera and internet software preferred
  • Bi-Lingual communications skills a plus
  • Strong communication skills and appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
