Private Client Account Executive - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will be responsible for managing complex personal insurance programs for affluent clients and families, delivering innovative and effective solutions that empower results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with complex insurance needs
• Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth and retention
• Broker and maintain insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients
• Conduct annual reviews and coordinate client-related billing matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
• Achieve assigned revenue growth and retention metrics

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty Broker's License required
• 5-10 years of client service experience in high net-worth personal insurance
• Insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

• Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually
