About the Role:

• Safety and Compliance: Perform daily inspections, lead safety audits, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations
• Product Quality and Training: Maintain product quality, enforce Food Safety and Food Quality plans, and train employees on safe operating procedures
• Operational Efficiency: Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances, and work with Operations Managers to improve workflows and equipment use
• Team Leadership and Communication: Direct and provide guidance to hourly production employees, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, and production goals
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze key product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest changes to enhance production efficiency and quality

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field
• Relevant Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with varying conditions and schedules
