We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tutors, also known as Clinicians, at our Lindamood-Bell Learning Center in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping students of all ages reach their full reading and comprehension potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership
• Facilitate the use of our curriculum for Lindamood-Bell Academy students
• Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Manage client records electronically using a computer

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree
• Excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to type notes about student performance
• Passion for helping others reach their potential
• Positive and cheerful demeanor
