As a Senior Business Operations Manager - Non-fleet, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Non-fleet Program, which serves small trucking fleets and owner-operators.

About the Role

Reporting to the Non-fleet Program Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Underwriting, to develop and execute strategies that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help create efficient processes, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions that propel our Non-fleet Program forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for optimization
• Design and implement operational processes that enable scalability and efficiency
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals

About You

You're a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations in a high-growth company. You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take ownership of results. A critical thinker with excellent communication skills, you're comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and are not afraid to challenge assumptions and drive change.
