Senior Product Manager - Data Analytics & Digital Transformation

As a Senior Product Manager in our Analytics & Behavior Change group, you'll be at the forefront of driving business decisions and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and application development, to modernize legacy systems and bring cutting-edge technology to our products. Your expertise will help us build analytical cloud-based products, support pharmaceutical forecasting and pricing, and drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic leadership and defining product roadmaps, vision, and strategy
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from user research to launch
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals
• Identifying new opportunities and developing long-term strategic plans
• Analyzing data to influence product features and prioritization
• Facilitating cross-functional communication and establishing relationships with collaborators

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 10+ years of experience in software development projects
• 5+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodology
• 4+ years of experience working with engineering or data science teams
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with a programming language
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data and analytics tools
• Proven track record of managing successful analytics products
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications include experience with forecasting, what-if scenario planning, and financial analysis, as well as technical hands-on experience with SQL, cloud-based architecture, PySpark, and Python.
