JOB DETAILS

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Spreadsheet
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge in email and calendar management
  • Experience in creating presentations
  • Knowledge in Mail Chimp, preferred
  • Experience in data entry and data scraping
  • Knowledge in Project Management Tools
  • Can work part-time EST hours
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Document creation and proofreading
  • Generate, edit, and engage through email
  • Communicate with clients, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer review
  • Oversee email, calendar, and project management tools of the client
