Job title: Accounts Receivable - FT - Exp - $5000 Signing Bonus Company: AVTEC FINISHING Job description: Accounts Receivable Clerk needed ASAP - for our multi-company business. Some experience required. Plus a $5000 signing bonus - not applicable to current employees. Manufacturing is a needed aspect of our country. Become a part of an industry that finishes critical parts for the medical field (respirators, etc.), aeronautics (airplane parts), military, specialty items, and every day items. Avtec Finishing plays an integral part to many of the products we all use every day. This trade is not taught in schools. What are we looking for? Someone with previous experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting. Must show up for work every day. Ability to talk and work with customers. Ability to follow credit/collection policies. Ability to work with internal staff. Position Duties: Responsible for all aspects related to managing and collecting accounts receivable, including efficient and accurate application of customer payments, performing credit analysis, calling customers about past due payments, month end close, and maintaining schedules. - College degree preferred
- 2-3 years accounts receivable, collection, and general accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Prior Visual Shop experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time Wage Range: $25 - $27 / hr + DOQ Reviews at 60 days and 6 months and once a year after that. If you meet expectations, a rate increase is usually provided at that time.
