Compensation

Range : $42 - 44 per hour Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Pharma Copy Editor to join their Collaborative Review Team (CRT)! This remote position reports to the Editorial Team Lead and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high editorial standards, This is a long-term, on-going contract opportunity (35-40 hours per week) with EST working hours. Healthcare benefits and PTO accrual are offered via Cella. Responsibilities :

• Provide primary editorial support for assigned brands and back-up support for the team in accordance with Editorial SLA.
• Ensure compliance with defined standards of review.
• Attend CRT review meetings to provide editorial insights.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across various sites to help the team achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and standards to enhance the efficiency of promotional reviews.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences required; degree in English, journalism, or communication preferred.
• Minimum 5 years general editorial experience, with at least 2 years in medical, pharmaceutical, or advertising industry preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Superior editorial and proofreading skills (test required) and effective writing abilities.
• Proficient in AMA style.
• Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat.
• Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of medical / legal systems and regulatory guidelines.
