Product Manager I – Martech (Consumer Growth)

Coinbase Growth is a consumer facing team that works on scaling Coinbase by identifying the highest impact opportunities across all of Coinbase that better connect users and maximize core product value. Our team is looking for a Product Manager to take co-ownership on an aggressive performance marketing goal by driving new user acquisition at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to scale up annual spend efficiently via opening up new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity
• Manage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing 
• Lead and align cross-functional partners such as engineering, design, data and marketing to land customer value and revenue impact
• Understand your product’s strategic and competitive position and deliver results in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high performing Growth team at a consumer tech company
• Previous experience in the Martech / Adtech space at scale ($100+M spend / year) 
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Deep analytic, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion in crypto 
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships
