GoHighLevel & Social Media Systems Virtual Assistant (Expert-Level, US-Based Only)
Flat Rate: $6,000 (June–December 2025) | $1,000/month Est. 10–15 hrs/week (may be heavier in June during launch) US-Based Only We’re launching a football training app within the GoHighLevel Membership platform under our brand, Train Real Athletics — and we’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert + content execution VA to build the app, organize backend systems, schedule Reels, tag leads, and help us scale with confidence. You’ll be responsible for setting up the app infrastructure, creating automation workflows, and executing the content plan for a growing audience of high school/college defensive linemen and coaches. WHAT YOU’LL DO GoHighLevel Execution - Audit and clean up our GHL CRM (tags, workflows, forms, calendars) - Organize pipeline, tagging, and automation structure - Build membership areas (Athlete + Coach) inside GHL app - Create onboarding flows, upsell triggers, lead magnets, and email/SMS campaigns - Set up Stripe integrations and hidden Founders Rate checkouts - Update and automate in-person athlete systems (waivers, reviews, scheduling, billing) - Upload new drills biweekly and manage content access - Support related tech/CRM tasks as needed during launch and growth Social Media + Content - Clip, caption, and schedule 2 Reels/day using tools like Pictory - Write athlete-focused captions with CTAs - Create and schedule IG stories + basic graphics in Canva - Monitor IG DMs daily and tag leads in GHL - Track performance using a provided Reels Tracking Sheet - Promote content drops through Reels, Stories, and email campaigns Other - Keep Drive, Canva, and CRM folders clean and organized - Take ownership of naming systems, file flow, and SOPs - Flag inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements - You may also be asked to take on related tasks that support operations, launch execution, or system refinement as they arise. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - GoHighLevel expert (not a beginner) - Strong experience with Instagram Reels growth and video editing - Tools: Pictory, Canva, Google Drive, Meta Suite - Independent, detail-oriented, and confident with systems execution - Available to start first as soon as June 16, 2025 (onboarding begins immediately) YOUR FIRST MILESTONE (Due July 15) - CRM audit complete, automations live (onboarding, waivers, reviews, SMS) - App built with 10–15 drills, Athlete/Coach structure, and tagging access - Stripe + Founders Rate checkouts working - Reels scheduled (2/day), captions written, IG DMs tracked - Waitlist funnel live and first content drop launched - You’re fully trained and operating independently - Current systems for in-person athletes running smoothly CONTRACT TERMS - $6,000 flat rate over 6 months ($1,000/month milestones) - Bonuses possible for exceeding growth goals - Potential for long-term work across other brand divisions (health, education, real estate) TO APPLY Include the following: 1. 2–3 GoHighLevel project examples (funnels, portals, automations — Loom or screenshots) 2. 2–3 Instagram content examples (Reels, captions, performance) 3.
