This role combines architecture, team leadership, and client partnership. Youll guide technical direction, contribute to presales and delivery, and help build a high-performing engineering culture as we grow. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to shape and scale engineering in a small but ambitious company.Please Note: Candidates must be willing to travel to our Dallas-Fort Worth office as needed.
Key Responsibilities
AI Leadership Contribute to Provokes AI vision and service offerings, including Gen AI and Agentic AISupport clients in identifying, designing, and delivering impactful AI solutionsLead internal R&D and guide the technical direction Team Leadership Lead and grow our US engineering team, ensuring strong technical delivery and a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.Define and uphold engineering standards, architecture patterns, and practices, integrating GenAI across the full software lifecycleMentor engineering consultants across projects through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews. Project Technical Leadership (Hands-on ~50%) Lead solution design and architecture while staying hands-on with prototyping and developmentArchitect scalable, cloud-native, GenAI-enabled applications using .NET, C#, Python, Azure, and related technologies.
