Sr Social Media Specialist

Overview: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Sr Social Media Specialist to oversee our company’s social media strategy and execution, community engagement, reputation management and listings management. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement and appointment conversion, managing our outstanding reputation management, and leveraging that social proof to grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate has both a passion for and demonstrated skill in capitalizing on social media trends to further the customer acquisition and engagement strategy of Forefront and additionally has the administrative chops to manage the day to day demands of reputation management and listings management. Responsibilities: Essential Functions

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to develop multimedia content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage our already stellar online reputation, and leverage in best demonstrated practices into appointment volume.
  • Showcase your administrative skills in managing the day-to-day demands of being responsible for our reputation management across 260+ locations and 600+ providers. We have a 4.8+ avg rating.!
  • Articulate and execute listings management best practices to ensure online visibility.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies up to date.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
  • Work with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all social media platforms.

Qualifications: Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Proven experience in maximizing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Familiarity with reputation management and listings management tools
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Creativity and a strong visual eye for content layout and branding.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in video editing or using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-brand, or startup environment.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment.
  • Ability to efficiently operate all job related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copier).
  • Ability to communicate via telephone.
  • Ability to sit for large portions of a workday.

For this position, the base pay range is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training. This position is eligible for our annual incentive program. Apply tot his job
