Freelance Social Media Specialist - Part Time / Remote

Job Summary MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a creative, results-driven Freelance Social Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social media professional to help grow and engage our audience across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

  • *

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.

  • *

Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and insights to optimize campaigns.

  • *

Collaborate with internal teams and freelance content creators to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

  • *

Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • *

Run occasional paid social campaigns and monitor ROI.

  • *

Monitor competitor activity and benchmark performance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.

  • *

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

  • *

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • *

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.

  • *

Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented in execution.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Freelance or remote work experience is highly preferred.

Experience with audience growth, community engagement, and data-driven campaign development.

  • Working Hours

Part-Time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week.

Flexible Schedule: Work remotely from anywhere, as long as deadlines are met and team communication is consistent.
