Job Description

This is a remote role.

The Pricing Specialist will play a key role within Business Operations at HSP Group, working closely with Sales Leadership, Deal Leads, Partner Management, Solution Architects and Service Delivery. Reporting to the Head of Solutioning, the primary directive is to produce accurate pricing models/quotes for in-flight deals in a timely manner. An ideal candidate will have a passion to help others succeed and desire to work in a role that is continuously evolving as our organization grows fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate client pricing templates for nonstandard deals, collaborating with internal stakeholders with any information requirements to ensure completeness.
  • Work closely with Partner Management and solution architects to maintain internal client-facing pricing base to ensure pricing is up to date and pricing requests are complete in requested scope and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor salesforce to manage the queue of pricing requests, working with colleagues on allocation of work.
  • Continually contribute to process improvements and participate as a team player, ensuring pricing tools are reflective of any changes to improve user experience
  • Be a project team member to implement a new pricing technology platform.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry, preferred.
  • Experience in CRM and quote technology preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and detailed-oriented.
  • Extremely strong excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales and Operations.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Dependable, proactive, and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across the team and organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and client.
  • Self- motivated, detail orientated and excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
