POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Zscaler Engineer at Fidelity National Financial (FNF) you will work in our Information Security Office (ISO) as a subject matter expert. This role requires deep expertise in Zscaler technologies, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and related security solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Zscaler implementations—from initial design and configuration to ongoing maintenance and optimization.

LOCATION

• This role is 100% remote. Occasional travel may be required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable and secure Zscaler solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, etc.).
• Customize policies, rules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Zscaler environments.
• Monitor performance, logs, and alerts to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement updates, patches, and enhancements as needed.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all Zscaler-related inquiries and escalations.
• Stay current with Zscaler product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• A minimum of 7+ years of security engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Zscaler Engineer or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, deployment models, and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, proxies, etc.).
• Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.) and SSO integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP-IA / ZCCP-PA)
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA)
• Relevant networking or security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP)

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
