Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to leverage data to inform strategic and operational decisions within the search engine business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both descriptive and diagnostics analysis, data visualization & storytelling, and ad hoc analysis for business users and different business requirements. The experience in user behavior and user journey is highly important and preferred for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, math, statistics, (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst
• Prior experience building Marketing Analytics BI functionality from scratch
• Solid understanding of data acquisition, statistical analysis, data review, and visualization
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Prior experience in Fine BI, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data

• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
