Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Full stack technology experience including React, Nextjs, Typescript, JavaScript, Node
- Mobile application development and deployment experience.
- Cloud technology proficiency, with experience in AWS or Azure.
- Strategic mindset, with a passion for product engineering and making an impact.
- Strong architectural and system design skills, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Leadership in people management, optimizing processes and fostering high-performance teams.
- Track record of leading engineering teams, delivering complex projects, and scaling technology for high-growth businesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across departments.
