- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent experience
- Well versed in delivering large and complex software solutions
- Strong client management experience with professional services/management consulting experience
- Strong background in Project/Program management within the financial services/banking industry
- Understanding of software development methodology
- Experience leading Agile and SaaS project implementations
- Self-starter with high sense of urgency for growing the business
- PMP Certification
