Principal System Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal System Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in data center systems architecture, including compute, storage, and networking, with a strong focus on Cisco-based solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in large-scale data center environments.
- Expert knowledge of data center infrastructure including rack design, cabling, power and cooling, virtualization, and automation.
- Advanced Cisco certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCIE), with strong hands-on experience in Cisco UCS, Nexus, and ACI technologies.
- Proven track record in system integration, performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and capacity forecasting.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence technology strategy
