DEI/CSR Coordinator

Legends | ASM Global is seeking a DEI/CSR Coordinator to play a key role in advancing the company's social impact, sustainability, and workforce inclusion initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to impactful projects that reinforce the company's external commitments to sustainability and community service, as well as its internal efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Human Resources, Social Impact, Non-Profit Management or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in CSR, DEI, fundraising, community engagement, sustainability, or a related field within a corporate, nonprofit, or agency setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Passion for and understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data tracking platforms
