Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a technical or analytical role across Operations, Product, Data, or Engineering
- Proven ability to design and implement systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale with the business
- Strong comfort with technical tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets (advanced), APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Zapier)
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear steps and drive execution with minimal oversight
- A natural collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align on priorities and drive outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical teammates
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action
