Role Overview
- Working with the current portfolio of puzzle games;
- Preparing GDDs;
- Working on game balance;
- Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;
- Analysing the results of updates/experiments;
- Liaising with design, development and marketing teams;
- Thinking through concepts for new gaming features.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres aimed at a female audience of 30+);
- Experience managing a product development team;
- Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;
- Experience in mobile games market research;
- Prototyping / development / LiveOps;
- Understanding of mobile games UX.
- Will be a plus: Experience with puzzles and puzzle games.
- English language skills at Intermediate level and above.
