Wellness Retreat Planner
Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, wellness-minded individuals to help clients plan personalized wellness retreats and rejuvenating travel experiences. As a Wellness Retreat Planner, you'll assist travelers in selecting relaxing destinations, retreats, and holistic travel packages that align with their well-being goals.
This remote position is ideal for those who value work flexibility, customer interaction, and the chance to contribute to others' self-care and wellness journeys through travel.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in planning wellness-focused travel experiences, including spa retreats, yoga getaways, eco-lodges, and peaceful destinations
- Research travel options using approved supplier tools and software
- Match clients with travel experiences that support relaxation, healing, and mindfulness
- Maintain organized records of client preferences, reservations, and communications
- Follow up with travelers to ensure satisfaction and assist with any adjustments
- Share knowledge on wellness destinations, trends, and available packages
- Provide excellent virtual customer service via email, phone, or video
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about wellness, travel, and helping others
- Organized and capable of handling multiple bookings and client needs
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in travel or wellness is a plus, but not required
- Flexible remote schedule, work part-time or full-time
