What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across. In this crucial role, you'll manage comprehensive data handling for Loss Prevention, Operations, Quality, and Training.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize data handling processes across Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR departments

• Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making

• Design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams

• Create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools

• Establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles

• Proficiency in SQL querying

• Proven experience with reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
