Digital Banking Specialist
Job Description
Be the first point of contact for clients calling about their banking needs. Use your communication skills and digital knowledge to resolve issues, offer financial advice, and promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Answer inbound calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools.
- Engagement: Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service.
- Problem Solving: Understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients on the companies full suite of products—accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more.
- Digital Expertise: Guide clients in using the companies digital banking platforms and features.
- Collaboration: Refer clients to internal experts when needed to support their financial goals.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
