As a key member of the Global Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to our Head of Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Driver communications the European and African markets. You will have the opportunity to manage a growing budget and implement a strategy that requires a combination of technical expertise, creative thinking, and strategic execution. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with teams from Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Brand, Engineering, and Product.

What you’ll do?

In this role as part of the Growth team, you will take the lead on current and new initiatives, leveraging your strong analytical skills to enhance Driver activation in both European and African markets.

More concretely : turning all the potential leads we collect through paid/organic channels into Drivers, through different kinds of push and activations.

- Design, scope, and optimise strategic planning for our two user segments: drivers and passengers, serving as the expert in this area.

- Continuously analyse campaign performance and user lifecycle journeys, providing clear, nuanced, and well-reasoned conclusions to improve the team's understanding of their impact and foster a culture of iteration.

- Ensure the successful execution of the global strategy in the markets under your responsibility.

- Become a master of our CRM suite, specializing in the regional context, and provide support and training to the team.

What do you need ?

- Strong experience with Hubspot.

- Familiarity with CRM campaigns in general.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to easily manipulate and derive insights from data. Experience in conducting tests to measure impact and synthesizing complex results into actionable recommendations is a plus.

- A business-oriented mindset, with a focus on seeking proof of concept and driving tangible results.

- A collaborative nature, enjoying working with diverse teams, being open-minded and enthusiastic, and having a genuine desire to help others.

- Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
